Partnership with City of Courtenay

September 15th, 2015 by admin Categories: What's New No Responses

On September 9, 2015 Don, Pam, and John Gower met with the City of Courtenay and presented our $2,500 contribution to the enhancements of the pathway system between Cousins Park and the adjoining property (southeast of Creekside).  This contribution was agreed to by our community at a meeting on August 26.

Over the course of the summer the City, the developer, the project biologist, and Creekside came to agreement about the positioning of the pathway from Cousins park into the adjoining property.  Creekside has agreed to lead a revegetation project on the area that was cleared by the developer and is no longer required as part of the pathway system.

We look forward to continuing our good working relationship with the City of Courtenay.
